What: Eastern Washington University Email system maintenance
When: Thursday December 27, 2012 starting at 7:00 p.m.
Impact: Outgoing email will queue in your Outbox; Incoming email will queue on the server. Email on mobile devices will also be impacted. No email will be lost.
Please be advised that the Office of Information Technology has scheduled a planned maintenance window to apply security patches/updates for EWU’s email messaging system on Thursday December 27, 2012 starting at 7:00 p.m. The scheduled maintenance window will last approximately two hours. All e-mail will be held in queue during the maintenance timeframe and messages will be delivered after the systems have been brought back online. No e-mail will be lost.
Scheduled maintenance allows EWU OIT to keep the messaging environment up-to-date and working as efficiently as possible. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
