Is test anxiety keeping you from getting the grades that you deserve? Join CAPS (Counseling and Psychological Services) at this free workshop designed to help you “unlearn” this anxious fight or flight response and start using helpful techniques for promoting “alert readiness.”
This workshop is designed to help students identify the causes of test anxiety and how to begin reducing fears, shifting attitudes, and improving one’s ability to manage the uncomfortable physiological responses associated with taking exams.
