Getting started with Blackboard.
Quick Tips:
Q: Okay I’m logged in, but don’t see any of my classes!
A: Not to worry, the next step is to Self Enroll in a course. Click on the Courses tab, use Course Search or Browse Course Catalog to find your course, typically your instructor will include the course name within their syllabus.
Once you locate the course from list of results, click Enroll (right-hand side of screen, opposite the name of the course) then click Submit, when it appears.
Q: When can I access my classes in Blackboard?
A: Classes should be available for students to self-enrole by the end of day on first day of the quarter.
Q: How do I remove myself from classes I enrolled in by accident on blackboard?
A: Don’t panic, it is the instructor’s responsibility to remove users from classes.
Typically they have included contact information such as in a syllabus, where you can send the instructor a nice note requesting to be removed.
