When the cover image opens in a new window, right-click the image (or go to “File” in your browser menu), select “Save” (or “Save as/Save file as/Save image as…”) and put the image on your desktop. Go to your Facebook profile page, hover the bottom-right corner of your current cover photo, and click “Change Cover.” From the drop-down menu, choose “Upload Photo…” and navigate to your desktop in the File Upload window.
