The group leads agree that there were several key factors in success:
- Importance of grant funding through College Spark
- Importance of matching financial support from 2-year and 4-year administration for the project
- Importance of working with consulting team (edBridge Partners) who provided facilitation and management support throughout the process
- Importance of offering both disciplinary and cross-disciplinary groupings and activities to meet the needs of instructors within and across disciplines
- Importance of having leaders able to join both bi-monthly check-in phone calls and ability for face-to-face meetings for planning
- Importance of sharing out the project work through regional and national conferences and through publications to raise awareness and garner feedback (See Resources)
