EPIC (which stands for Experiential Programs Inspiring Confidence) focuses on introducing EWU students to new activities, with programs designed for students of all skill levels.
Trips are offered nearly each weekend throughout the fall, winter and spring quarters, which can be found in the EPIC catalog.
EPIC Adventures Winter Activities
Learn life-saving skills in real-life scenarios. The rigorous wilderness medicine course taught students how to respond when things go awry in the backcountry.
EPIC trip leaders and other students took part in the Wilderness First Responder training late December, which included a wound cleaning lab and improvised carries for injured individuals.
