You have the power to save a life with QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper Training — hope begins with you!
QPR stands for Question, Persuade, Refer — three simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people train in CPR to help save thousands of lives each year, so do those who practice QPR. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to help someone.
