We are still in the process of transitioning from EagleAXIS to Handshake. By now, you should have received an email from Handshake, like the one below, inviting you to confirm your account:
If you haven’t done so already, please confirm your account from that email. If your activation link has expired, please contact Ryan Weldon at email@example.com for a new one.
Login and start posting jobs
If you have on-campus, non-work-study jobs available, post them in Handshake by June 30.
It’s easy to post jobs in Handshake! Review this tutorial to get started.
- When posting a job, you’ll be able to check a box called “Work Study Eligible?” if that applies. However, work-study jobs shouldn’t be posted until August. Please contact the Student Employment Department if you have questions about that.
- Make sure you’re posting your job to just your division!
- To view only your own jobs in the system, click Edit this. A menu will drop down. Choose Jobs created by me.
Note: It’s highly recommended that you collect any of your department’s job descriptions from EagleAXIS that you’d like to use in Handshake. This includes old job descriptions that you may want to re-use in the future. These will no longer be available after July 7.
