If you are a burgeoning craft beer enthusiast, work in the restaurant industry or retail sales, Eastern’s Professional and Continuing Education Program is offering a course for you.

Craft Beer Appreciation Course

The course provides a solid introduction to the world of craft beer, including beer history, styles, origin, color, ingredients, the brewing process, beer service, glassware and taste.

This course is also intended to help prepare people for the Cicerone Certified Beer Server* exam at http://cicerone.org/us-en

Course tuition is $175 for EWU alumni/staff and $195 for community members. Lunch is provided.
