2/23 10:00 a.m. — A fire extinguisher was stolen from its spot near an elevator on the third floor of the PUB. A video camera took surveillance footage, and the incident is under investigation.
CPU Later, Or Not
2/23 12:22 p.m. — Two laptops were stolen from the JFK Library. One was recovered, but the other is still missing.
2/23 8:16 p.m. — A female in a wheelchair was crossing in an unmarked crosswalk at the corner of 2nd and Vine Streets. A dark vehicle, which she was unable to identify, struck her. The incident resulted in minor injuries to her person and minor damage to the wheelchair.
Slippin’ and Slidin’
2/23 8:27 p.m. — After sliding down a hill, a Jeep Wrangler collided with the bumper of a tan Mitsubishi Gallant in Lot D.
Missing Trash Can
2/24 5:40 a.m. — A student in Dressler Hall found a used condom on their doorknob.
2/24 7:50 a.m. — Cadets observed a confrontational underage intoxicated male at a basketball game. He was asked to leave and told that if he returned, he would be arrested. Police referred him to the OSRR.
2/26 1:49 a.m. — Two males assaulted another male and stole his backpack outside of a dance in Tawanka Hall. The backpack was later recovered, and police arrested the two males for strong arm robbery and transported them to Spokane County Jail.
Sleepin’ Through Thievin’
2/27 9:30 p.m. — A student awoke at 6 a.m. to find his door being closed. He fell back asleep but noticed around 3 p.m. that his Dell laptop was missing.
2/28 6:17 p.m. — A male was arrested for malicious mischief in the 800 block of 2nd Street after police responded to a domestic violence in progress call.
