We are very excited to announce that our upgrade to version 9 Admin Pages in Banner has been completed!
What: Banner Production Maintenance
Impact: EWU Banner, EagleNET, ODS, SOAR (u.achieve), Nolij, and myEWU Portal are available again.
There may be issues that were not identified in testing that we will need to address now that the upgrade is complete. If you find an issues please submit a ticket with our support team, https://support.ewu.edu/support/home or email@example.com. Please include as much information as possible including error messages and screen shots whenever possible.
Before you login to Banner you will need to clear your cache prior to logging into the new environment. Instructions for how to clear your cache can be found here: https://ewu.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/10000014242-how-do-i-clear-my-cache-cookies-in-my-browser-
There is a known issue with using IE sometime as your browser. If you get an error message at login and are using IE please use Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Ellucian is working towards a resolution for this issue.
