Eastern SSO provides single sign-on (SSO) services for the EWU community.
Here's some information that can help you sign in:
- NetID: This is your Eastern Active Directory username. Students may also know this as their iTech username/userid.
- Password: User the same password that you would to log into your employee workstation or the computer lab. It is also the same that is used when connecting into EWU's Wi-Fi.
- If you need to lookup your NetID or reset your password, go to https://accounts.ewu.edu/
When you finish your browsing session, please go back to https://login.ewu.edu/, and click the "Log out" link. Then close your browser windows.
Students use EagleNET to register for classes, check grades, class schedules and financial aid information. Use your SSO / NET ID to sign into EagleNet.
Virtual Private Network
Student VPN will securely connect your home computer / laptop to the University Network and allow you to access resources such as NetStorage, Linda.com training and Virtual Labs. For Faculty/Staff, a VPN connection is required to access certain EWU systems while working from a remote location. Connecting to a VPN establishes a safe and secure connection of your private information over a public network.
Your SSO / NetID username and password are required to login to the Wi-Fi network, computer facilities and to activate your technology services (email, NetStorage, student webspace, software discounts, free antivirus software, etc).
A NetID username and password is required to create your e-mail account. This is a personal account not tied to your school records. You may update your contact information through EagleNET or the office of Records and Registration at 509.359.2321.
We encourage Signing In, which is located in top right corner of the search results, with your NetID and password to get links to all of the library's resources, including the ways to request items using holds and Interlibrary Loan.
