Rooms and campus spaces may be requested for events and/or study groups in accordance with Washington State University Campus Facilities Use Policy. Space availability and a list of room features are available online. WSU Information Technology has prepared a room directory of campus spaces with photos that can help you determine the best space for your needs.
Registered Student Organizations
Student organizations interested in reserving space on the Spokane campus should first submit their event for approval through EagleSync. Once submitted, EWU Spokane Student Services will be notified of your event and will request space on your behalf.
Please complete the following request form to request space. A space will be requested on your behalf and you should receive confirmation of your request within 3 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that requests for classroom space will NOT be confirmed until after the 10th day of the academic term to give priority to classes. Room reservation and facilities charges may apply depending on your request.
If you have questions, please contact Nikki Measor at email@example.com.
