Student Organizations

WHY SHOULD YOU GET INVOLVED? Eastern Washington University is home to over 130 student organizations that provide members with opportunities to develop as leaders, network with campus and community resources, and develop a support system while at EWU.  Students who get involved in an organization will tell you that student involvement creates a transformative campus life experience that helps you maximize your time in college. Students are challenged to develop their own ideas, critically think, work as a team, and apply the knowledge they are gaining inside and outside of the classroom.

STILL NOT CONVINCED? Employers recognize that involved students are leaders and possess many of the skills they are looking for. Students who get involved build their resume in a way that catches the attention of employers and opens doors.
